I am committed to helping college students to women in midlife navigate the challenges, and issues that prevent them from maximizing their full potential. College is an exciting time of growth and discovery, but it can also bring pressures from academic stress, and relationship changes, to being on your own for the first time. Midlife brings career shifts, evolving relationships, empty nest, care giving and health and hormone changes. My practice focuses on helping the individual see their strengths and equip themselves for a healthier future. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals.
